Founded by husband-and-wife team Christopher and Alyssa D’Amico, M∗STARD uses old-world cold stone grinding techniques to unlock mustard seeds’ full personality — on-the-nose heat with a little attitude. The result is a texture so buttery it glides, followed by a snappy, never-bitter bite that lingers in exactly the right way.
The debut collection includes four flavors: Classic Dijon, the one that started it all; Earth Butter Dijon, pickled-turnip and forest-kissed; Lemon Pepper Dijon, sunny zing with peppery punch; and Spicy Carrot Dijon, sweet heat that’s balanced and bright.
