To celebrate the partnership, Eclipse and Mad Lab are hosting a launch event on Thursday, October 30, at Mad Lab’s Downtown Los Angeles café. The event will feature limited-edition drinks made with Eclipse’s new Non-Dairy Whole Milk. Guests can enjoy a photobooth and goodie bags, with special drinks and promotions running from October 30-November 6 across all Mad Lab locations.

The launch event will take place at the Downtown Los Angeles café (755 S Spring St, Los Angeles, CA 90014) and will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST. Attendees will get a chance to taste Eclipse’s milk — made with peas and chickpea protein to replicate dairy’s creamy texture — paired with Mad Lab’s signature beans for exclusive drinks.

Limited-edition drink offerings include:
Mint Mojito – Mint, lime, and iced coffee with Eclipse Non-Dairy Whole Milk.
Campfire Latte – Dolly Sauce, smoked salt, and espresso with Eclipse Non-Dairy Whole Milk.
