From the Bar to the Aisle: Uncle Waithley’s Scales Up with New Collaborations

PRESS RELEASE — NEWS PROVIDED BY Monica Freeman-Greene for Uncle Waithley’s Beverage Company

NEW YORK, NY (MAY 2025)Uncle Waithley’s Beverage Company, the award-winning maker of bold, Caribbean-inspired non-alcoholic beverages, is proud to announce a major East Coast expansion, new strategic collaborations, and key team additions—all fueling its mission to spice up the beverage industry, one sip at a time.

As interest in premium non-alcoholic options grows, Uncle Waithley’s is scaling fast. The company has signed an exclusive Northeast distribution agreement with Dora’s Naturals, joining a select portfolio of approximately 40 high-growth brands. This partnership strengthens the brand’s retail presence across the region.

Uncle Waithley’s has also partnered with Skurnik Wine & Spirits, which recently launched a Non-Alcoholic division. As one of its first brands, Uncle Waithley’s is expanding its on-premise presence in top bars and restaurants across the Northeast.

This May, Whole Foods Market will roll out Uncle Waithley’s to 160+ new stores, bringing its total store count to over 225. Select Northeast stores will carry Original, Smoked Pineapple, and Caribbean Sorrel; Southern and Mid-Atlantic locations will feature Original and Sorrel.

To support national expansion, Uncle Waithley’s has partnered with UNFI to distribute across the East Coast (outside the Northeast). The brand was also selected for UNFI’s UpNext Program, the industry’s leading accelerator for emerging brands.

To drive execution, the company has added experienced talent:

Andrew Braun joins as Regional Sales Manager (Dora’s Naturals)

Leah Doyle (ARCD Agency) will lead on-premise strategy

Steve Olson, industry icon, will advise on innovation and product development

Nia Wesley (Color Purpose Consulting) joins to lead creative and social media

To fuel this next phase of growth, Uncle Waithley’s is launching a community investment campaign on Wefunder, giving fans and supporters the opportunity to invest and own a piece of the brand’s bold future.
