The products are now available across Sprouts locations in the United States as part of the retailer’s innovation set program.

Founded by chef and entrepreneur Vasisht “Chef V” Ramasubramanian, Alchemy of Food develops condiments that combine global culinary traditions with ingredients such as honey and maple syrup instead of refined sugar. The brand’s current product lineup includes Calabrian Hot Honey, Chipotle Maple BBQ, Creole Honey Mustard, Salsa Verde, and Mexi-Sriracha.

The Sprouts launch represents a major retail milestone for the brand, which previously built distribution through independent retailers, restaurants, and hospitality operators. The sauces are designed to be used as cooking ingredients, finishing sauces, and condiments across a variety of cuisines.

Before founding the company, Ramasubramanian spent years opening restaurants internationally as a chef and culinary consultant. Since launch, the brand has introduced its products through in-store demonstrations, specialty retailers, and foodservice partnerships. The company plans to continue expanding its retail presence and developing new flavors in collaboration with partners and regional producers.
