NEW YORK, NY (MAY 2026) – Oval Coffee Roasters, the New York City-based specialty coffee company focused on approachable light and light-to-medium roast coffees, announced expanded distribution throughout DeCicco & Sons Markets locations across Westchester and Putnam Counties.

The rollout includes Oval Coffee Roasters’ Whole Bean Coffee and Pour Over Single Serve coffee formats, a machine-free pour-over filter designed to brew directly over a mug using only hot water. The company’s products are designed for home, office, hospitality, travel, gifting, catering, and retail environments while helping make specialty coffee more accessible to modern consumers.

Founded by Christopher Alspach and Andrew Itzkowitz, Oval Coffee Roasters offers three core blends centered around distinct sourcing and flavor profiles: The Natural, a naturally processed light-to-medium roast coffee; Bowling Green, a Women-Grown light roast coffee sourced from women-led farms; and Riverside, a Half Caff blend combining caffeinated coffee with sugarcane process decaf.

The expansion continues a long-standing retail relationship between Itzkowitz and the DeCicco family spanning multiple consumer packaged goods categories over nearly two decades, including previous work involving gluten-free bakery, tea, preserves, and plant-based food brands.
