Uncle’s Ice Cream Launches in 7-Eleven Hawaiʻi Stores

WAIALUA, HI (FEBRUARY 2026) – Uncle’s Ice Cream has launched in 7-Eleven Hawaiʻi stores statewide, marking the brand’s largest convenience channel expansion to date.

The partnership brings Uncle’s handcrafted ice cream sandwiches to 67 locations across the islands, including 54 on Oʻahu, plus Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island. To kick off the launch, 7-Eleven selected a trio of signature flavors: Banana Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream, and North Shore Coffee.

Banana Chocolate Chip features fresh bananas hand-caramelized in brown sugar and cinnamon. North Shore Coffee blends locally grown and roasted coffee into its creamy base.

The 7-Eleven rollout advances the company’s long-standing goal of making its products accessible in everyday moments, near where people live, work, and play.
