RIND Launches at Eataly with Aged Vegan Cheese

BROOKLYN, NY (March 2025)RIND by Dina & Joshua announces the launch of its French-style, aged vegan cheeses at Eataly, bringing two varieties of artisanal, cave-aged plant-based cheese to Eataly customers across the United States.

RIND’s acclaimed 6.5-oz. cave-aged mini-wheels — Bleu and Classic Cambleu — will be available at Eataly’s U.S. locations beginning in March 2025.

About the Products

RIND Bleu features a bold, funky profile with a striking bleu mold rind, sometimes speckled with white, encasing a yeasty, buttery interior. Bleu veins, which may appear green or black, offer an added piquant complexity. RIND Bleu was named Best Blue-Cheese Style Vegan Cheese by Cook’s Illustrated in 2021.

RIND Classic Cambleu, a 2024 Startup CPG Shelfie Award winner, pairs a bloomy, edible white Camembert-style rind with the intense, savory character of bleu mold. Its smooth, buttery body is balanced by occasional piquant veins, resulting in a sharp, rich, and deeply umami flavor.

Crafted from a cashew and tofu base, RIND’s cave-aged vegan cheeses are gluten-free, cholesterol-free, and certified Kosher Pareve.
