BECK’S BROTH
Beck’s Broth is disrupting the wellness industry by making bone broth more approachable and accessible! We take your favourite comfort drinks like hot chocolate, coffee, and matcha, and add 15g of protein from organic, pasture raised bone broth per serving.

marrō
marrō is the first ready-to-drink bone broth designed to make broth’s health benefits more approachable with a fruit-forward taste profile. It drinks like a fruit soda but delivers like a broth. QUINCY
Our launch product, Dirty Martini Brine with Olives, was built with simplicity and integrity in mind. Only five ingredients crafted for the perfect cocktail ratio, with more brine and just enough Spanish Queen olives to garnish every drink. It’s zero alcohol, zero waste, and designed to replace both olive jars and mixers in one SKU, making it an essential addition to cocktails and mocktails alike.

TART
Tart is an organic, healthy lifestyle beverage based around tart cherry & mineral water. Only five ingredients. No natural flavors. No preservatives. No additives. Certified Organic. Woman Owned.

SILVER SWALLOW
Silver Swallow’s Bubbly Not Boozy Rosé and Blanc are fermented teas with terroir. When Co-Founder Genna couldn’t find a non-alcoholic wine alternative she loved, she and her Food Scientist husband created one. Together, they selected rare teas from specific microclimates and carefully fermented them into naturally non-alcoholic alternatives. The result? Layered bubblies that went on to win Gold in New York City and Silver in London at International Non-Alc Competitions. BARI
Our product lineup includes (1) organic rice porridges as baby’s nutritious first solid food, (2) sugar-free and caffeine-free organic baby teas as dairy-free alternatives, and (3) ready-to-eat meal pouches that draw inspiration from beloved Asian dishes like Korean bulgogi.
BARI is a safety-led baby food brand built around clean ingredient sourcing from South Korea and patented processing technology. We conduct rigorous third-party testing on every production batch to prioritize safety and quality.

CHENZI
Our product is a traditional dish from Fuzhou, China that historically has lived only in home kitchens. The outer layer is a chewy, potato based dough that’s wrapped around a savory filling. We have 3 SKUs: pork, chicken, and vegan.

COTTO
Cotto is a line of high-protein dips made with whipped cottage cheese. Inspired by familiar, nostalgic flavors like French Onion, Garden Ranch, and Buffalo, Cotto is made with simple ingredients and is creamy, delicious, and easy to enjoy every day.

ETELKA
A thick, creamy, high-protein cultured cottage cheese inspired by traditional Hungarian krémtúró and made with clean, simple ingredients.

FIGA FOODS
Like cocoa beans turning into chocolate, we take the seeds of the Brazilian cupuacu fruit to make our bars. We have three different flavors: Pure, Salty and Fruity (with the dried cupuacu on top). By Fancy Foods, we will be debuting minis and a new Passion Fruit Flavor

GIGANTIC

KEYA’S SNACKS
By blending single-origin spices with kettle-cooked potato chips, Keya’s is taking Indian flavors beyond the “ethnic” aisles and into the mainstream. We have three flavors in two different pack sizes.
Black Salt: A black salt-laced potato chip, a cultural cousin of sea salt
and vinegar if you will. A special blend that’s heavy on magic.
Bombay Spice: A multi-level spiced potato chip with lots of flavor and tons of

Mimi Cheng’s makes premium frozen dumplings inspired by our family recipes and NYC restaurant. Founded by two sisters, we are a certified women- and minority-owned business bringing chef-driven, elevated Asian flavors with restaurant-quality dumplings to home kitchens. Now available nationwide at Whole Foods Market, we’re helping redefine dumplings as a modern freezer staple.

NOMIE
Nomie is an organic, shelf-stable, just-add-water meal brand for kids ages 2 to 6, and loved by big kids and adults too. Each pouch has one serving of veggies, balanced protein and fiber, and no artificial additives. Ready in 10 minutes, Nomie requires no refrigeration or microwave, making it ideal for busy weekdays, travel, and on-the-go families.

NOODO
Noodo is a premium sauce brand where tradition and innovation meet. Inspired by a family recipe from southern Italy’s Campania region, our sauces are rooted in time-honored techniques, patient simmering, thoughtful preparation, and evolved for modern needs. Every jar is finished with grass-fed bone broth for added richness and functional benefits, delivering the classic flavor you crave with ingredients you can trust.

ONOIN
Shelf-stable, pre-chopped and flavored onions in 100% olive oil designed to help you save your time and tears while cooking.

ROARING FORK MILL
We are the only fully Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) mill in the Country. We are a vertically integrated family business that grows and sources heritage grains. milling said grain into flour. Additionally, we have first to market ROC shortbread cookies and first to market ROC and Upcycled Certified Graham Crackers. Additionally, at Fancy Food, we will be rolling out a line of mixes.

SABE
SABE makes clean-ingredient, single-serve sauces/dressings for the convenience of every bowl or salad. Our products are shelf-stable without preservatives, 100 calories per 3.5 tablespoons, and always designed for flavor first.
We created SABE for the moments when life is busy: at your desk, in an airport, or throwing together a quick bowl at home. Instead of choosing between convenience and quality, our sauces allow you to have both. At its core, SABE is about removing friction from healthy routines and making it easier for people to eat well, no matter what the day throws at them.

SHE’S THE SAUCE
She’s The Sauce is a protein-forward, fiber-filled condiment brand made for people who refuse to accept that sauce is “empty calories.”
We’re launching with our Honey Mustard made with clean ingredients, triple filtered whey protein isolate, and added fiber for flavor that satisfies and supports fullness. It’s gluten-free and refined sugar-free, and delivers the nostalgic taste you grew up loving, upgraded.
Ranch is coming next, bringing the same protein + fiber benefits with that classic creamy energy.
Our goal? Build out a full lineup, including a third flavor designed just in time for the Summer Fancy Foods Faire.

SOURMILK
Sourmilk is an NYC based greek yogurt, specifically designed for your gut, with 15g of protein, 0g of added sugar and the equivalent probiotics as a supplement.

STRIP JERKY
Strip Jerky is a chef crafted beef jerky made with 100% USA raised beef and simple, clean ingredients. Unlike traditional jerky that is overly sweet, gummy, and heavily processed, Strip is dry, tender, and packed with bold savory flavor. We created Strip to bring a healthier, more elevated protein snack to the category with modern packaging and a fun, playful approach to jerky.

THE BAGELVERSE
Three SKUs: Big Cheese, Lil’ Roni, and Spicy Vodka. All on real New York mini bagels, made in Brooklyn, and founded by a New Yorker. The products on the shelves today are stuck in the 90s – ours are a reimagined, better pizzabagel for the modern consumer. Who doesn’t love pizzabagels!

THE MAPLE BROTHERS
Grade A maple syrup sweetened organic oat bars. They are vegan, gluten-free, USDA organic and super clean label!

YAZA
Yaza brings bold Mediterranean flavor to everyday snacking with creamy labneh in plain, za’atar and olive oil, and roasted garlic and mint, plus smoky baba ghanouj, rich muhammara, and refreshing tzatziki. All inspired by time honored Mediterranean recipes passed down for generations, and made with clean ingredients and no shortcuts. Our labneh and tzatziki are high in protein, low in fat, and packed with probiotics.
