BRANFORD, CT (DECEMBER 2025) — Hook & Arrow, the Branford, CT-based condiment company founded by brothers Henry and Sam Dziekan, teamed up with sisters Vanessa and Casey White of Jaju Pierogi from Beverly MA, to create a Polish Style Mustard.
This mustard evokes flavors familiar to Polish families with its bold spice and an extra dose of horseradish to complement the traditional mustard flavor. This coarse ground mustard pairs well with traditional Polish foods like kielbasa or Jaju Pierogi’s Kielbasa & Red Pepper Pierogi. But you don’t have to be Polish to enjoy Polish Style Mustard. It will take your ham sandwich to the next level or you can even use it to make a Honey Mustard dressing.
This mustard is Hook & Arrow’s first non-hot sauce product. “We originally conceived of Hook & Arrow as a condiment brand with a full lineup of products.
