The heart of The Spark is gochu chili, a key ingredient in Korean gochujang, known for its balanced heat. We crafted a custom blend that delivers a slow-building spice (6/10 heat level), combined with orange zest, ultrafine cane sugar, citric acid, tart cherry powder, sesame seeds, chives, and salt. The result is a bold, complex flavor that enhances the natural richness of toasted pecans.
