The fats, produced in New York’s Hudson Valley, join Aux Délices des Bois Cage-Free Duck Fat in farm-centric packaging. They enjoy a value advantage over national brands. The fats are rendered and hot-filled. Denatured natural flavor is added to prevent oxidation.
