HOL Health Club Launches in Central Market and Begins Retail Expansion

DALLAS, TX (APRIL 2026) — HOL Health Club has launched the bone broth protein bar in Central Market, marking the brand’s first major retail expansion. The brand will be available in three flavors: Cinnamon Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Cacao, and Salted Chocolate.
Built on the belief that protein bars should be made of ingredients you actually recognize, HOL created the only protein bar that has 20g of protein without the use of a highly processed protein powder, such as the typical whey, pea and soy protein powders used in many bars. HOL is pioneering the use of bone broth in a bar and all three flavors have 9 or less whole food ingredients that you would eat by themselves.
The partnership brings HOL’s bone broth protein bar to 10 locations across the state of Texas, including locations in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
