Events Management Intern

Events Management Intern will help plan, coordinate, and execute events in the food tech and food startup space. In this capacity, you will work directly with leading food and beverage entrepreneurs while building a community that educates and connects them with critical expertise. You will build a strong network of brand-builders while working to support better-for-you, more sustainable, and ethical food and drink. In addition to events, there will be opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the organization that are aligned with your interests.

Time commitment is 5-10 hours per week and required attendance at monthly events (one night per month, ~3 hours). This is a volunteer organization so it is an unpaid internship but you will have excellent exposure in this role and lots of room to work on additional areas of interest and develop expertise.

  2. Help setup at events and keep things running smooth (be social with attendees & the speakers)
  3. Brainstorm ideas for additional high-impact events
