LOS ANGELES, CA (JANUARY 2026)Tuyyo Foods, Nemi Snacks, and Todo Verde, three Latina-founded consumer packaged goods brands, announced their official merger under the Tuyyo Foods name. The strategic unification brings together seasonings, snacks, instant agua fresca and mole paste rooted in Latin American culture with a shared mission: to offer better-for-you products that honor tradition while redefining how culturally inspired foods show up on modern shelves.

Founded by Latina and Native American entrepreneurs, each brand launched independently in a different category: Nemi Snacks in better-for-you snacks, Todo Verde in taco seasonings, and Tuyyo in powdered aguas frescas. Together, they have built a loyal community of consumers seeking authentic flavor, clean ingredients, and culturally respectful storytelling.

The name Tuyyo draws from the Spanish meanings of Tu y Yo (“you and me”) and Tuyo (“yours”), symbolizing community, connection, and a seat at the table for everyone. The newly unified brand will continue to expand its product offerings while maintaining the cultural integrity and quality standards that defined each original company.

Following the merger, Tuyyo Foods will launch a new website, streamline communication platforms, consolidate operations, expand distribution, and invest in inventory, marketing, and retail partnerships nationwide. Existing customers can expect the same beloved products, now under one cohesive brand, along with new innovations launching at Expo West 2026.
