Beginning May 14, all 24 Pagliacci Pizza locations will offer a limited-time seasonal specialty pie featuring Ronnie’s Giardiniera. The collaboration will run for 30 days and showcase the bold, tangy, and spicy flavors that have made Ronnie’s Giardiniera a favorite condiment among sandwich, hot dog, and Italian beef fans.

The seasonal pizza combines Pagliacci’s signature handcrafted pizza with the bright, pickled crunch and savory spice of Ronnie’s Giardiniera, creating a uniquely flavorful pie inspired by classic Chicago tastes and Northwest creativity.
